Individual counselling

About

A safe, one on one, non-judgmental space to explore your innermost thoughts and feelings, aimed at reducing distress and helping you reach your fullest potential.

My approach

At the heart of my work is a trauma-focused, attachment-based lens. I believe that many of our struggles — trace back to early experiences that shaped how we learned to connect and cope.
I take a holistic approach that takes your cultural background, identity, and lived experience seriously.

What I offer

Thoughtfully designed spaces where mental health is spoken about openly, honestly, and without shame.
