My approach
At the heart of my work is a trauma-focused, attachment-based lens. I believe that many of our struggles — trace back to early experiences that shaped how we learned to connect and cope.
I take a holistic approach that takes your cultural background, identity, and lived experience seriously.

Through guided conversations and experiential learning, participants walk away with practical tools, a deeper understanding of their inner world, and the knowledge that they are not alone in what they carry.
